How your digital subscription is delivered and activated.

Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how products purchased from Mankiwave (the “Service”, accessible at https://mankiwave.in) are delivered to you. Mankiwave provides cloud-hosted, software-only subscriptions and services for WhatsApp marketing, CRM, AI chatbots, bulk messaging, bot building, and a shared team inbox. Because everything we offer is digital, there is no physical product and no physical shipment involved at any stage.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

Digital Products Only — No Physical Shipment

Mankiwave sells digital subscriptions and online services. We do not sell, manufacture, warehouse, or ship any physical goods. Consequently:

  • No item is packed, couriered, or mailed to any address.
  • No tracking number, waybill, or carrier is issued or required.
  • No customs, import duties, or freight charges apply.

What “Delivery” Means

For a digital service such as Mankiwave, “delivery” means the activation and provisioning of your subscribed plan and the corresponding access to your account dashboard and features. Delivery is considered complete when your plan is provisioned to your account and you are able to log in and use the features included in your chosen plan, subject to that plan’s quotas (for example, the number of connected accounts and messages permitted).

Delivery Timeline

Activation is normally immediate and automated. In most cases, your plan is provisioned and dashboard access is enabled within minutes of our receiving successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment gateway.

  • Plan activation is triggered once payment is confirmed by the gateway used at checkout.
  • In rare cases, gateway verification or routine fraud/security checks may introduce a short delay before activation completes.
  • Once activated, your subscription remains available for the duration of the billing period associated with your plan, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Payment Confirmation

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, PhonePe, and PayU. Activation depends on Mankiwave receiving a successful payment confirmation from the gateway you used. If a payment is pending, on hold, or awaiting verification at the gateway, activation may be delayed until that confirmation is received. Mankiwave does not control the internal processing times of these third-party gateways.

No Shipping or Delivery Charges

Because no physical goods are shipped, no shipping, handling, courier, or delivery charges are levied at any time. The price shown for your selected plan at checkout is for the digital subscription/service only and does not include any shipping component.

Service Availability

Mankiwave is an online, cloud-hosted service and is generally available worldwide, subject to your having a compatible device, a working internet connection, and a supported web browser. Access to and use of the Service is governed by our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. Availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, factors outside our reasonable control, or restrictions in certain jurisdictions.

Your Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery and use of the Service, you are responsible for providing accurate account and contact details (including a valid email address) at the time of purchase, so that activation notices and account access can reach you. You are also solely responsible for obtaining valid consent/opt-in from your recipients and for complying with WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy, Meta’s commerce and business policies, the Indian IT Act 2000 and rules, TRAI/DND norms, and any other anti-spam or data-protection laws applicable to you. Activation of your plan does not relieve you of these obligations.

Independence Notice

Mankiwave is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp LLC, Google, Apple, or any other trademark holder. “WhatsApp”, “Meta”, “Instagram” and related marks belong to their respective owners. Mankiwave does not guarantee message deliverability, nor that a User’s WhatsApp number will not be rate-limited, restricted, or banned by Meta/WhatsApp as a result of the User’s own usage.

If Your Access Is Not Activated After Payment

If you have completed a payment but your plan has not been activated and you cannot access your dashboard after a reasonable time (typically more than a few minutes), please contact us so we can verify your transaction and provision your account promptly.

  • Email hello@mankiwave.in or message us on WhatsApp/phone at +91 70022 08642.
  • Include your payment reference / transaction ID, the email address used at checkout, the plan purchased, the gateway used (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, PhonePe, or PayU), and the approximate date and time of payment.
  • We will investigate and either complete activation or, where appropriate, address the matter in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds & Cancellation

Questions about cancelling a subscription or obtaining a refund are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please refer to that policy for eligibility and the applicable process.

Governing Law

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, as further described in our Terms & Conditions.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
